    Chicken Takka Masala Kadhahi Recipe

    Step No.01 Chicken 1 kg
    Step No.02 Tikka Masala 3 Tablespoons (Prepared)
    Step No.03 Brown onion 1/2 cup
    Step No.04 Tomato (chopped) 2 pcs
    Step No.05 Yogurt 1/2 cup
    Step No.06 Garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Step No.07 Ginger paste 1 tbsp
    Step No.08 Green chillies 5-6 pcs
    Step No.09 Salt to taste
    Step No.10 Oil as required






    1 Heat oil in a pan and add chicken and brown onions and fry until the onions are mixed well. 2 Add spices, tomatoes, green chillies, ginger, garlic paste and salt to it and cover and cook on medium flame for 10-15 minutes.
    3 Add curd and fry the spices, when the curd water dries up and the oil rises, remove it from the stove. 4 Start with the warm parathas taken out in a serving dish.
