    INGREDIENTS

    One kilo of spinach

    Half a kilo of chicken

      A cup of milk

    4

      A cup of fresh cream

    5

      Salt to taste

      Two to three cloves of garlic

    7

    A tablespoon of crushed ginger garlic

    8

      Onion two medium

    9

      A teaspoon of crushed red pepper

    10

      Half a teaspoon of turmeric

    11

      A teaspoon of white cumin

    12

    Four to six green chillies

      Half a cup of cooking oil

     

     

     

     

     

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Wash the spinach and chop finely and keep it cooked in the pan with onion, green chillies and milk.

    When the spinach is melted, take it off the stove, cool it and take a light sip with a wooden spoon.

    In a separate pan, cook chicken with ginger, garlic, salt, turmeric and red pepper on low heat.

    When the chicken’s own water is dry, add two tablespoons of cooking oil and fry and add the crushed spinach.

    Add cream and cook on low heat for ten to fifteen minutes.

    Heat the cooking oil, fry the cumin and garlic in it and steam on top.

    Enjoy this delicious spinach chicken with hot pratha or chapatti.
